Returns
At shop.alisongolden.com we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are, however, a small, new shop and have limited capacity to handle refunds. For the time being we will only, but happily, issue a refund / exchange / gift card if the product you received is not as described, is faulty, or does not perform its intended function. Please get in touch with us via email and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. The item will need to be returned to us so we can follow up with the supplier, unfortunately return cost is not provided by us so you’ll need to cover that. Faulty items should be sent back in the same condition that they arrived, with all labels/boxes/packaging intact and in the same condition that they arrived. When you email us, please also send us a photo of the fault so we know what to expect.
We recommend using a tracked method of delivery when returning an item. Items will be checked for the reported fault upon delivery. The refund / exchange / gift card will be issued as soon as we receive the faulty item.
We have two return addresses - one in the UK and one in North America. Choose which ever is easier for you.
Refunds can be issued as either a shop gift card or via the original payment method.
